 Secret of the trick: You wouldn't believe it but this fascinating trick is made without any devices, it is based on the illusion, and almost anyone (with a slim body) is able to let a girl pass through him after a little practice.

So the secret of this trick is in the position, which David takes inside the construction. The thing is, that David turns to the audience sideways but we can't see his body, we see only legs, arms, shoulders and his head. So his trunk with his legs turns sideways and his arms stay the same. As far as his knees are not bent, and we can't see his thighs, it's hard for us to figure out, what position David's legs are taking. His body is hidden behind a black cloth but the upper part of David is turned to us. There's a double bend of the body. To understand clearly, what position does he take, look at the following pictures. 

 This position is terribly uncomfortable, and it's very hard to keep it more than 5 minutes. But you can succeed after doing some practice. Q*x9l4L\

In the beginning of the trick David dances with two beautiful girls. Afterwards he comes up to the construction, inside of which he'll be standing. The construction begins to turn; we can see it's every corner. Then David enters it, he puts his hands on the so-called "wings", spreads his legs. Nothing much happened till this moment. But the main thing is happening right now: one of the girls walks behind the construction, and the other one gets in front and closes the window by a special frame, with a black cloth strained in the middle. Exactly now David turns sideways (you can see on the videotape his right leg turn; the girl was supposed to hide David's leg by coming close to the construction, but nevertheless you can clearly see Copperfield turn. I repeat - at the moment, when the girl comes up to the construction, NOTICE COPPERFIELD'S RIGHT LEG), and the girl's hand, pressing to his belly, gets into the formed space. The hand disappears in a second, and the girl begins to climb in. *@o/W#q*C%h

Look at the video - when the girl appears, she is idling but when she gets in the middle, she lies on the back. This does not happen accidentally, the thing is, that the formed space is a lot higher for her, than wider: you see, there's David's belly on the right, and her shoulders cannot pass in width but they can in height. After she half passes and turns on the back, she straightens her position by hands, pressing David closely to the construction, to be right in the middle.
